Learning rules

Do i have to follow all the rules required in lessons? For example, it is said(in video lesson) that i have to use a steadly chair, and i have wheelchair.

You should be all right. Just make sure you don't drive around on it ;p It may be hard to focus.

I would recommend practicing both standing and sitting.

There are no hard rules for how you play, as long as you're hitting the right notes! Do what makes you most comfortable.
