Bob
This is my first post. I would just like to say "Happy Birthday Bob" He gave me the love of the guitar and also the confidence to like my own poetry.

Did you catch him on his UK tour last year Starman ? I went to see him at Sheffield Arena, he was brilliant, previously I'd seen him at the Fleadh Finsbury Park some years ago, he was rubbish, looked as if he could'nt be bothered, could'nt remember the words to his songs. That's what you get with Bob, all or nothing. Oh I answered your e - mail the other day, hope it got through ok.
It takes 3 chords, 2 fingers and one asshole to play rock'n'roll

I would give you a sensible reply but I don't know what the devil you're talking about.

I saw him only a couple of months ago and he ROCKED! It is really wierd seeing such a lifelong hero of mine so close though, and though I really like his new stuff, it is an interesting feeling to finally have to face up to the fact that I will never see him perform the way he did 35 years ago. Aaah, all the memories of that concer, great setlist, and he was loving it, doing these little dances and things, he's a funny kind of man, our Bob.
