Sounds to me like it's a VS102R, and the asking price seems to be about right for a second hand one in good condition.

The Valvestate does not have that "tube sound", but it's a great amp nonetheless. I used to have the VS100R, basically the same model as the VS102R, but with only one speaker. As long as you remember to dial in enough middle frequencies, it will sound great.

And people, he's asking for advice on a $350(that's about right ain't it?) amp, I seriously doubt he's in the market for an all tube amp...
