That was me, I was the first to Vote. I voted YES. Seems like a reasonable and logical thing to do given the circumstances. You have my full concurrence in the matter.

And by the way, if you're not really the eggman, who are you?

I voted NO. To me, the key word is "unecessary". With all the traffic we have on this board, the features will get checked out at least as fast as Jon can do something about the reports that roll in!

I have to agree with Lordathestrings on this one. What exactly happens if we post unnessary threads ? Do they get deleted automatically or something ?
By virtue of their electrical properties, tubes generate a special waveform when they're saturated, which is why tube engineering has tremendous tonal advantages over solid state or DSP solutions, particularly for crunch and lead sounds. Tubes enter the saturation zone gradually or softly, which lends tube-driven tone its trademark yet totally unique character.

but i think unnecessary treads like this one is in fact not unnecessary, some people may no know all the functions that are now available to them.

But in all truthfulness I only posted to try all the pretty
COLOURS, FONTS and SIZES :D

:D

Looks like the unnecessary threads are not needed. Everything works for me so far. Maybe we can start a thread about how unnecessary unnecessary threads are.
Jimmie showed me alot of stuff, but there was a time when he warned, 'If you ask me to show you anything again, I'll kick your ass.' Well, I did and he did. - SRV

So how do you start your own poll thread? Can only the moderators do it? Is there a faq somewhere that goes along with this new version of vb?
