I have one, most of the presets suck. It took quite a while to get a good sound out of the thing, my favoite distortion setting on my old solid state half stack was to scoop the mid to -9, boost the presence to 12, scoop the highs to -6, and put the bass on 4. I set my amp's tone controls to mids on 3, bass on about 8, highs randomly between 6 1/2 and 8. I used the distortion 2 patch with the tone control on 10 (I couldn't get a decent sound out of the thing until I found this tne control and boosted it). I put just a touch of barely noticible delay on it for a doubling effect, left the modulation off, left the amp modeling off, and set the expression pedal to control volume. With theese settings through my old amp, it sounded just like "To Live is to Die" from ...And Justice for All. through my Blue Voodoo it sounds like crap (very fake sounding), though.
Maybe if I'm bored someday, I'll try to re-EQ the sound for my Voodoo (although I'd rather use the amp's onboard distortion anyways). I made a cool phase 90 sounding variation built around that tone too.
