Drum Machines/Calkewalk problem
I was wondering what drum machines you guys recommend, and have a problem. I recently made a song in cakewalk that I was hoping to submit to guitarwars, but the damn thing is about 3 megs big. It's not that long either. I believe its becaues of my drum tracks, each in .wav format and about 500k big. Cakewalk won't let me import mp3s, so I can't shrink them... and the drum machine I have now won't allow me to safe as midi either. Any suggestions?

James, check into fruity loops pro 2.7. Awesome program for making techno drum beats or standard drum sounds. Midi capability too! :)

hhe, actually that's the program that I had that won't let me use midi out. The function is there, it just doesn't work. Maybe because I had the demo?
It didn't have that much of standard drum sounds (seemed more focused on techno), but yeah it's a cool program.
