Hey, Louie.
There isn't a whole course on just chords, because playing guitar requires more than just knowing chords. There is a whole set of ideas & skills that go into a complete curriculum. So, the Fundamentals courses are aimed at teaching beginners all those ideas & skills, with chords just being part of it.
There isn't a course that combines chords from beginner to advanced because each GT course & tutorial is aimed at a specific skill level. The courses can get you from one level to the next. Some tutorial collections can also do that. Also, each style course & most tutorials are generally aimed at a specific genre of music (blues, rock, etc.).
With that in mind, what is your skill level? What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Is there a genre you want to play & are maybe only interested in certain chords that are used in that genre?
You could just work through the Fundamentals course & skip everything that is not about teaching chords. You'd miss out on a complete guitar learning experience, but if that suits your goals, then it might be worth considering. And then maybe just a style course looking at only the material on chords.
Finally, I have this collection of tutorials that is all about chord theory. It does kind of start with some basics, then shows how you can gradually learn to visualize & play chords & various voicings all over the guitar. But most of the material is beyond beginner level.

Hope that helps!
