I'm afraid that the land of the free is is getting to be alot less so, for the most part things of this nature are being regulated at the city or municipality level but you can find restrictions like the ones you mentioned popping up all over the U.S., and after living in Germany almost 5 years, I can't think of any that would start a revolt quicker than banning public drinking of the national beverage.......................
