Hey Robin,

Practice enough and perhaps GT Admin will hire you as an instructor here 😁

My parents bought me my first guitar 51 years ago when I was 10. It was a Dreadnought and that was way too big for me. I could barely reach the strings. To make matters worse, I wasn't very motivated or focused at that age and therefore quickly gave up trying to play it. Nevertheless, I kept the guitar and had been schlepping it around the world for the past half century purely for sentimental reasons and not because I ever considered that it might be worth something.

A few months ago I came across it while rummaging through our packed basement. I pulled it out of the case and was blown away to discover that it was a Martin D-28 in excellent condition. I carried it upstairs and showed my wife that I now owned a vintage guitar. On my way back down the basement stairs....yep, I stumbled and fell on the guitar, breaking the neck clean off and collapsing half the body.🤬
