This wouldnt be a sweep discussion is I didnt bring this one up.

My question is:
Is there a more efficient way than using my ring finger
to sweep both up/down on the 9th fret D and 9th fret G strings?
Releasing pressure in the joints of my ring finger dosnt sound the greatest.I could just let them ring(ha ha get it?ring!)but that would defeat the purpose of a sweep.

Also,would it be better to "pull-off" the 12th to 7th fret high E string and start the sweep back down at the 8th fret B string?Or not "pull-off" and start the sweep back down at the 7th fret high E?
