Marshall Cabs

I have a JCM900 Lead cab, and i bought what i thought was a JCM800 Lead one off ebay. What i got was a JCM800 1935 BASS cab. Do you guys no if all 1935 cabs are Bass ones? does it mean for bass guitar or does it mean its just a more bassy sound? It sounds fine but im wondering if its really compatible with my lead cab and if i was better off getting a 2nd lead cab as opposed to this BASS one.
