Greetings,

Now, supposedly full-access customers of this site are able to download up to 15 lessons in any 24 hour period; yet, I was only ably to download 7 yesterday and 8 today, and, while this adds to 15 (obviously) it is sheerly coincidentally since a clear 24 hours has elapsed since the first 7 videos were downloaded. Go figure? Glitch? Has anyone experienced this before?
