Your laptop's 'system volume'? That's how I adjust it anyway.....

I tried to upload a pic but it doesn't seem to be working. The volume slider is directly below the title list and to the right of the fast forward button.

Thank you guys for your help. Found a backup plan with the download to computer icon (screen with the arrow down) as you have pointed it out.
I really would gladly help with the site even FOR FREE... because someone has obviously no clue what they are doing...
First, they have disabled/taken down the RESTART button and now there's no VOLUME SLIDER for jam tracks... This is just ridicilous...
Someone should help them out with the right direction of EVOLUTION of the site because they're going backwards by the look of it...
I have to open two tabs to see notation and be able to control volume of the jam track. Soon I will have to open the 3rd one just to actually press a play button and thr 4th one to stop it...
@RossPRS24 that would work well if I had not played lessons and the amp sim from one pc; Thanks for sharing your idea, though/

Amen brother. The 'IT' Part of GuITar tricks is left wanting bigtime. Every upgrade is a big shambles of unforeseen or overlooked issues. And still I can't get an answer as to why we can no longer request songs...a huge part of why I made the decision to join. Just gone....poof...and the fact that I can't get the courtesy if an explanation really makes me tghink it's just not important to them and they really don't do songs based on requests.
Frustrating AF.

ehm.. but the +10sec and -10sec do not work anymore though
+ there's still no restart song button which forces you to slide it manually to the start or press -10sec button countless times/
I've checked it in two browsers so it definitely does not work/ Hopefully those issues will get sorted soon as well/
Acutally nothing works at this time... you cannot even drag the slider to move the jam track round you cna only reload the page to start the song again...

I agree with tinpan... I have never been pleased when GT "updates" its programs. There seems to be small steps forward, that get over shadowed by the new "improvements". And still we have multipul daily hacks, selling crap on the web site that is supposed to be about music. It is frustrating and sadly predictable. Yet another instance of computers making our lives easier....

Bascially all of them... No point listing them when all of them (all that I have in my favourites) do not work to be honest
Jam track buttons -10sec,+10sec and progress slider do not work.

We've just released a fix for these issues. All Jam Track controls should now be working for everyone.
Please note that we disabled the volume slider on iOS devices due to issues with the Audio player which are out of our control.

I can confirm that it works now @ Windows pc
The slider is still glitchy and there's still no restart song (start from the beginning) button.
I can live with both though...
