Mr Finch, our band is considering doing Whipping Post by the Allman Brothers Band. I would love to see a tutorial on this one. Great Rhythm and Great Lead as well! It is a whole lot to chew on, but I can see you breaking it down to bite size pieces . I am a long time subscriber and would appreciate the help. You do a great job with all the songs!

Hi David,

Yes, Whipping Post is indeed a killer and classic tune!

I would enjoy teaching it. However, it has been some time since I have done a tutorial for Guitar Tricks and I'm not quite sure when the next will be. We shall see...

In the mean time, keep up the good work/play :)

I agree! Any new lesson on songs by the Allman Brothers Band or Gov´t Mule would be cool!
