You are SO not alone in this quandary!

Even though you have been playing for quite some time, I would suggest going through Guitar Fundamentals 1, to clean up some of your basic skills.

You could likely zoom through the first set of lessons using simple chords, but when you get to full chords, I teach a LOT of really powerful strategies for getting from one chord to the next, cleanly and on time.

And all along the way in the course, there are play-along songs (with me) so you can practice making those chord changes on time, within the context of a song that is moving along.
