I often play an alternative chord to the dominant 7th because it is a rather lovely sounding chord when playing a 12 bar blues. Can anyone tell me the name of the chord assuming it is a known chord!

Key of A at the 5th position but instead of playing an A7 my pinky is playing a G flat.
