You can adapt just about any song by playing any chord as a power chord. Take 'Sweet Home Alabama'. It's mostly D, G & C. Play them as power chords!

A lot of the made easy songs have a mixture of open chords & barre or power chords.

For specific songs written with power chords you can usually find artists that have rhythm guitar parts almost exclusively written for power or barre chords. And if it's a full barre, then just do the power chord version. Examples!
