In another episode of looking for user submited tabs on questionable sites lol

I find something kinda interesting

I might be absolutely wrong here but...

The 9 on the 5th string is F# right? the same F# as the 4 on the 4th string.... right?

Why jumping up to 9 and come back to 3 and 5 when the other is right there?

Am I missing something here? because i exchange them and hear almost no difference
