Hi JustOnMyJourney

I found what worked for me is as follows:

I break my parctice sesseion into three parts

1. Techniques: Normally spend an hour on techniques that you want to learn, for instance hammer ons and pill offs, speed work with alternate picking and procticing barre chords or whatever chords you are struggling with

2. Learn something new: Normally spend an hour working through whatever style your busy with, like I am currently busy with Rock level 2. So go through the lessons in wathever style you are busy with

3. Learning songs: I spend the last hour working on new songs tor songs that I am busy learning

Identify what your weak points are and work on them in part 1 and track your progress. Set goals for yourself and be specific about your goals, like you want to play a certain song note for note and up to speed etc.

Hope this helps
