Fundamental Teachers?

Hello

I started the fundamental guitar course a few days ago. I like the structure of the site and flow of the site.

I'm curious if I can change teachers. Are there multiple teachers that teach fundementals? The teacher "Lisa" is thorough and I understand the lessons; however, I just can't relate to any of the songs that I'm learning. Frankly, I've never heard any these songs.

Yes, I understand it's a fundementals course and I shouldn't be learning Paul Gilbert solos but the Genre is not my forte.

They are original songs Lisa wrote specifically for the purpose of teaching the course.
