Dude,

You totally just need to play a lot of variations on the charomatic scale exercise to improve your fretting hands speed, or just play using it wihtout picking when doing stuff. Play whole solos legato and try and make them sound good. It's insane to do and get it to sound good.

One of my favorite exercises to do is one that involves all pull offs in this order

2-1-2-1-2-1-2-1-3-1-3-1-3-1-3-1-4-1-4-1-4-1-4-1-3-1-3-1-3-1-3-1
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3-2-3-2-3-2-3-2-4-2-4-2-4-2-4-2-4-3-4-3-4-3-4-3-4-2-4-2-4-2-4-2
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just pull off wihtout using your right hand do this over and over again up and down the strings and fretboard.

Hope that helps you out a bit dude.
