I have been "playing" for around 3 years. I know a thing or two but after all this time I don't feel like I really "know" how to play guitar. Start at the beginning. If you know the stuff in those early lessons and can perform it well, good on you! You can speed right through it. If you don't know it or can't play it well then you'll be learning stuff that is paramount to "know how to play guitar." And take Chet Atkins' quotation in my signature block to heart.
