Hello all, I'm 61 and learned to play guitar since I was 10, in the good old bad days with no internet or international magazines like Guitar World and Guitar School so literally scrapping every piece of guitar chords and scales of friends and many didn't even know the names of the chords but luckily I held on and learning the most out of jamming with other musicians litterally almost around the world. Played in several bands like top 40 cover bands, country bands and the last 15 years as a lead player in Rock and Blues bands. The reason I'm here? like Anders mentioned in one of his lessons; you never stop learning, you always are looking for some new trics and licks.

Saw some people here that are looking for some good stuff; Guitar Pro software is absolutly the top, it costs some but there are thousands of songs out there in GPRO format not to mention you can wright your own stuff down and even create backing tracks.

best regards, Herman

Hi Herman and a warm welcome to the forum.

Sounds like you have had an interesting musical life.

Yeah, there's always something new to learn.

Have fun,

Joe
