Hey Mike, I see between you and Dave ya'll did both versions of All Along the Watchtower. I see you did the original Dylan version of Mr Tambourine Man. I hope you if you haven't already will be doing the Byrds version as well. The Byrds are one of my favorite 60s bands. Thanks

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be watching for this one. But oh, tackling the vocal harmony...such a challenge like so many of The Beatles songs which has afforded me awareness and appreciation of the skill involved.
Once again.....my two cents worth but......"Eight Miles High" shall forever be my favorite Byrds tune (written about a plane ride.......not the other!) and one of my top ten classic rock song favorites!! The coolest thing about this song is the groundbreaking.........nothing much really before it but man.......many songwriters jumped on board after it was released!! Great guitar and vocal harmonies!! Jim C.
So many good songs in their catalog. Eight Miles High is great.
My current Byrds favorite is Chestnut Mare. The lyrics, the mood, just a great song.
Great tutorial Mike, thank you. Since G.T. has done both versions of Mr. Tambourine Man and All Along the Watchtower is there any chance of doing the original Kinks version of You Really Got Me.
That is a great idea! Please leave this suggestion on the Song Request Forum, and I'll let the powers at be know.
Cheers!
