Neck pickup. Lead amp if not brown sound. Lots of gain. I'd start here.

Gain 8

Volume 8

Bass 5

Mid 8

Treble 5

Effects - Booster - look for a good overdrive (yellow) setting & try it around 7-8.

Since you don't have a humbucker dialing in the right amount of gain & mid boost is going to be the most important thing here! Hope that helps!
