"f"-spaced means that the pickup was designed to be put on a guitar epuiped with a "frender-style" bridge. What this means is that the strings are spaced further apart, so, the pole pieces on the pickups should also be spaced further. Most pickups come both regular and f-spaced normally, and there shouldn't be any price difference.
