I suggest trying to upload the avatar again and then if it turns out not the way you want, please take a screenshot of it and post it here so we know what's going on.

I see that the size limit on web site is listed as 10 mb not 200 kb. Would help a great deal if you posted this info on limits on the page where you select your custom avatar. I just wasted a couple hours due to this misinformation. Not a very good first impression.

Still not saving my changes on an image that is less than 40KB and 240x240.pixels.
