I just started going through the Guitar Fundamentals 1 course -- so far, it's very helpful, with lots of explanation. As well, I like that it is starting me out slowly. Every time I've tried to learn guitar, I've given up because I got frustrated with lessons that were too difficult too quickly. Super!!
Lisa is awesome. I am currently on guitar fundamentals 2 and Lisa is such a great teacher. She has helped me so much. Lisa if you see this thanks for all the amazing lessons.

Dear Lisa, [br][br]Thanks for the response. [br][br]Your lessons have honestly helped me so much. My first instrument is drums which I have been playing for around 14 years but I always remember being quite intrigued by the guitar and I would always pick up my band members guitars etc and mess about. I remember once a friend of mine tried to teach me some chords and I found it quite difficuilt. I remember thinking to myself 'my hands are way too small to play'. However, I am currently reaching the end of guitar fundamentals 2 and I seriously cannot believe how much stuff I can play. Your teaching is top notch. Thanks again [br][br]Tim

I agree totaly, she's a good teacher. I'm still in the 1st section rinsing and repeating trying to learn the Major chords and transitioning between them. It's hard to remember but I am determined to learn. I'm also taking my time but manage a couple hours every other day.
Motivated to learn Guitar!
I can only second what has already been said, it is so well explained.
Simplified so it is not daunting, but still teaching you the theory that you NEED to know, afterwards it is on your side to decide if you want to go further into details and theory by searching the net and exploring your fretboard...

I agree, Lisa is an awesome teacher, I have been playing guitar on and off for some time, I have learned so much more from Lisa than from any guitar teachers. Her advice and tips and tricks are awesome. Well done to Lisa and Guitar Tricks.
Agree with all... Lisa is awesome! I am a 'returned' guitar player and think I have made more progress in six weeks than I have previously made in years of on/off fumbling around with teach yourself books.
