EMG HZ Install issue, please help

I have an LTD 256 and I am attempting to upgrade the pickups. I bought the EMG h4 and h4a pickups with the solderless system as well as the emg solderless toggle switch. I followed the included diagram to install the pickups. The issue I'm having is the neck pickup is barely audible. I know the pickup works because I've unplugged the bridge pickup and plugged in the neck pickup to make sure. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Perhaps someone has used this solderless system and can send me pics of how it's supposed to be set up. Thanks in advance.
