The Chord Theory Magic file comes with two components: the 15 mp3 tracks, and the PDF handbook. The meat of this is the mp3 tracks. Listen to them as you're driving, working out etc. And then refer to the handbook as supplementary, additional text. The handbook isn't necessarily the main component, the audio is.
