I would be inclined to put it first or after the tuner and run 2 different circuits . Most modulation pedals these days have stereo outputs , So on one amp you could keep it a bit mellow with maybe a blues driver and mild reverb and modulation . At the same time you can turn the other amp into a full blown beast with hard distortion and wah , whatever, you can use the stereo pedals on both circuits , just use a trs patch cable for the stereo in . Leave the delay last . The combinations are endless , have fun .
