I've been playing with these going by the sound. I saw this somewhere before but I can't remember where.

These can be substituted for each other;

FMaj7#11 = Dm7 = G7 = Bm7b5 = Db7alt as arpeggios or chords. Pretty cool

Quartal harmony works with this too. C major for all the chords above
