I can't seem to get my pinch harmonics to squeal loud enough. I'm using the bridge pickup, overdrive, high gain, and it does help a bit to turn my guitar volume and tone up. But I still can't seem to get it. It sounds like a pinch harmonic, it's just not as loud as everything else I'm playing.

Any ideas ?

Pinch Harmonics are kind of like the F chord it takes time to perfect. There is a lot of squeaks, buzzes and will I ever get this along the way. But with enough time......

Since I wrote this post, I have them down, but they only sound loud enough when I use the overdrive channel on my amp AND have my distortion pedal on. But maybe that's normal? I don't turn my amp up too loud because I don't want to wake my neighbors.

Give yourself a few more hours, it will get louder. You should not have to change your volume. Don't be afraid to change your technic, there is more than one way to get that sound.
