Hello!

Video bug report on the latest Firefox browser in Windows 7 with the latest updates in Windows! The latest update from Microsoft was the Silverlight update a few days ago.

The error message in the video area is: "This Item Is Not Available"

Is there a plug-in that's supposed to be installed to view the videos or has something gone haywire?

Fixed. Flash player needed to be installed.

The video worked previously without flashplayer but suddenly stopped working.

Is flashplayer necessary? Is there another plugin?

Thanks for posting the solution.

Flash is the default player for windows. So you are fine as is.
