Any longer than that and I feel it's not very productive; but that's only if you're actually practicing the full 3 hours (you know how easy it is to get distracted). I'm doing a lot of speed exercises so my hand is always sore.

Some days I only have 2 hours to practice. But usually I practice for at least 3 hours.
