I love my fender twin reverb but trying to get the most out of it. Choose that instead of VOX cause I wanted ultimate clean and figured I could add pedals for dirt. I like to play alot of classic rock along with 90s alternative and also blues but need ideas as best pedals to work with amp.

Current pedals are jerry Cantrell wah, Jekyll and hyde (has overdrive and distortion), big muff pi, carbon copy delay. Looking into mxr chorus and flanger. And I know Ibanez tubescreamer highly suggested for that amp(Yes, I know what I'm using is probably unconventional with that amp.

Any suggestions,thoughts and tips.

I'd try a Fulltone OCD :
http://www.fulltone.com/products/ocd

It's stood the test of time and seems to work with just about every Guitar and amp combo. It's a staple on my pedalboard. It's nice in that you can dial up everything from just pushing an amp - to hi gain stuff.

Check out the sound samples on the site with the link above.
