Major Change to Acoustic/Blues/Rock/Etc styles pages

Hey everybody,

I just put in a pretty major change to the page that lists all the tutorials in a particular style. We removed the "featured instructors" and the "by popularity" "by newest" lists and instead we list all the tutorials by instructor, in the order they are meant to be watched.

I think this is a big improvement, but it might come as a bit of a shock, so let me know what you think?

P.S. If you find that you miss the "by popularity" "by newest" lists, you can get to them from the links at the bottom of those lists on the home page.
