2014 Les Paul Studio Pro vs. Studio

Guess I should change the name of this thread to "I've ordered a PRS".

Others have said it here, so it's probably like preaching to the choir, but sweetwater is awesome! On their website, you get to choose the actual guitar by serial number. Well, the picture I was looking at wasn't the same as what was in my cart. Thanks to a member here that was on their site and said "oh, I know the one you are looking at - the other one has a droopy face look to it". Well, I had just ordered droopy face guitar :-(.

I talked to a chap with a British accent named Nick and he took care of it immediately! The website updated instantly and I could see droopy faced guitar show back up as available.

The one I ordered has a defined, yet subdued figure in the top. The other one almost looks like a quilted top. I'm sure somebody else will love that one, but I prefer the more laid back look.

So, look like I now have a PRS in my stable! Can't wait until Tuesday!
