I want a loop and effects pedal that does it all!

Hello guys and Gals. Mojojerry here. I have been wanting to record some loops on the fly and play back to them for 2 or 3 years now. I am at the point where I think I could actually do this now. I would also like to be able to play along with pre recorded drum and other rytheme patterns other than my own for practice. Then I hear about all of the effect pedals out there. My question is this. Is there one pedal out there that will do everything? Thanks for your input mojojerry

My Zoom G5 has a looper and built in drum beats. I've had a lot of fun with it - it's a great practice tool. If you search youtube, you'll see some very creative uses of this function.

The BOSS RC 300 is pretty much the king of looper pedals right now, so I'd give that a good look over too. Its going to be a much more dedicated looping pedal, as it was designed specifically for that purpose.

I have the boss rc30 which is a great tool for practice but drum beats are poor to say the least. I've heard good things about the boomerang 3. Your looking a a couple of hundred pounds though.

I've heard good things about the BOSS loopers as well. They should especially be good for your purpose (you mentioned drum loops).
