I've never played the Rogue RG-624, it looks like a standard acoustic guitar. Obviously, good guitars will be easier to learn on than bad ones. Most guitars are playable, the only bad one I've encountered recently was one that had frets which were not rounded off on the edges. Very uncomfortable to play. It was a very cheap model so if you can only afford under $100, buyer beware. There are exceptions and it's possible you might stumble on a bargain. But in general, figure about $250 to $300 to start for a decent acoustic guitar.
