Hello all

Glad to be here! I've hemmed and hawed on Guitartricks, and finally took the plunge. I have owned a guitar for nearly 30 years, figured it was time to learn how to play it. :p

Also purchased Rocksmith, and I have to say I've had the axe out more since Christmas than since I've owned it. The game doesn't go deep in theory, but since I play trumpet music itself isn't a mystery to me. Making my left and right hands work together? Now THAT is a mystery! :D

Looking forward to making some progress, and at least being able to pick the thing up and play a little more then 3 chords.
