When you do the Spider walk for the finger exercise to strengthen them, is there a good position to put your wrist into. I am doing something wrong even though I am doing the walk and getting better.

I have been focused on Lisa for the time being as she is really good at explaining things, but the wrist thing is a pain. Does it just take time for your wrist to adapt to the finger positions or what?

It is great to be able to communicate with those with same interests.
