I actually do own this guitar and I love it. I'm very impressed with the overall quality of the guitar. For example, the fret work is excellent and is what you would find on more expensive guitars. The humbucker pickups have very good tonal variety and goes from a thick ballsey sound on the bridge to a very smooth sound using the neck pickup. The guitar has good sustain and is an overall joy to play.

One thing you'll want to seriously consider: It's called a 245 for a reason. You may know that it has a 24.5 inch scale neck. That makes it a quarter inch shorter than a Les Paul and a full inch shorter than a Fender Strat. Great if you have small hands or don't spend a bunch of time above the 15th fret. Otherwise it can get a bit tight. This is certainly not a deal breaker and may actually be beneficial for you. Hope this helps.
