Great list, and I agree with the Alvin Lee comments - so there's a solid half dozen. I was lucky enough to see Rory Gallager open for Blind Faith, and from then followed him closely until his untimely demise. Check out the "Live at Montreux" videos and any of his recordings - incredible stuff...
