I got a 4 track recorder which means I can record 4 instruments at the same time. What I do is record one track on rhytmn guitar, then playback the tape and add one more guitar, and so on.

That way I can make sound tracks with more than one guitar.

As far as studio goes, Azrael could help you one this. He knows more about mixing than I do.
