As a "long-time" amateur I wanted to thank the people at Guitar Tricks. I joined a few days ago and after number of hours online I've come the conclusion that I would have remained an amateur for years to come if I had not received some sort of lessons. GT may be the trick.
Trying to figure out LLB, Heaven, using vids on Utube doesn't work out to well and after two years of trying get SRV, Pride and Joy to sound right I just discovered his style of playing on the Texas Blues lessons. The tips, tricks, and how to's are great.
