I'm very impressed with this site! I started playing two years ago at the ripe age of 41 and look forward to taking it to the next level. I know a little bit about many things but not a lot about anything. So, I'm looking forward to mastering things whether it be to learn an entire song, technique etc...
If there's any beginner to intermediate players in the Bergen County, NJ area please don't hesitate to reach out. I would love to start some type of informal group.
I would request that more acoustic songs be added to the mix. To date I've been studying Michael Elsner and he's an awesome teacher. He really takes the time to explain things in detail which makes learning very enjoyable. I look forward to learning with the other teachers but their doesn't seem to be much acoustic to choose from. I'll address that in the appropriate thread.
