I use a program called "Transcribe!". I originally was looking for something like this so I could really slow down a song and try to tab it out myself. On that note, to answer your other question, there aren't any programs that can tab a song out for you. It wouldn't be accurate either most likely since it would go by pitch detection.

Transcribe! lets you slow a song down, change frequencies/eq settings and even lets you alternate pitch so that when you slow down a song and it gets "low", you can raise the pitch and have it sound like the original pitch.

I think it's on a trial basis, then you need to pay, but there are always ways around that on the internet. I'll leave it at that though :rolleyes:
