Since i became a full access member (it was yesterday), I'm getting low download speeds (7-15kbps). It's almost impossible to watch or download any videos. Is this the normal download speed? (I have a 1mbps internet connection)
P.S: I'm from Brasil, so, as you can see, my english isn't so good.
