thanks Light, always good advice from you. I tried to conciously use notes from the Phrygian scale, but in the end I said screw it and just played what came to me .....
Maybe thats where im going wrong..staying with a scale in the same key as the song..how do you know to use an Emajor with a song in the key of C#m? I think i'll probably regret asking the question.. :eek:
